A ripe, rich estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barrabool Hills.
2019 was a warm vintage and the Cabernet Sauvignon reached full ripeness while retaining its fresh acidity. The rich fruit allowed the wine to spend 6 months more in French oak than our other red wines. This is a wine full of fruit flavour and ripe tannins that will last for many years.
