2014 Marsanne, Geelong, Victoria
A delicate complex aged Marsanne.
Hand picked, whole-bunch pressed into new and used French oak, and then fermented with indigenous yeasts. The 2014 Marsanne started life as a light wine and so I held it back from sale while it developed bottle maturity. It is now evolved into a delicate but complex wine with sweet fruit and a long finish. A great example of aged Marsanne.
