Multiple clones of hand picked Pinot Noir were fermented using indigenous yeasts, with a component whole bunch fermented. This is a fine cool climate Pinot Noir with lovely aromatics, rich colour and great complexity on the palate.
Multiple clones of hand picked Pinot Noir (MV6 and D5V11) were fermented using indigenous yeasts, with a component whole bunch included in the fermentation. The wine was racked into French oak barrels for maturing. This is a fine cool climate Pinot Noir with distinctive Pinot aromatics, medium colour and great complexity and length on the palate.
