A Shiraz based Rosé. A flavoursome Rosé with cleansing acidity, savoury tannins and a fresh palate.
A Shiraz based Rosé. The grapes were hand picked, lightly pressed and quickly removed from skins. Fermentation was in used oak. We have produced a flavoursome Rosé that offers lightness in style while delivering fresh acidity and flavour. A Rosé with character that can be drunk alone or with light food.
