A traditional method champenoise made from our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
A traditional method champenoise made from approximately 25% Chardonnay and 75% Pinot Noir. The base wines were fermented in old barrels then sent away for secondary fermentation and disgorging. The 2019 sparkling has a fine bead, complex flavour and a lively palate. It has a dosage of 6gm/l.
